My phone can't make calls but can receive calls.
Check on the screen of your phone for the number 2 top left. Calls can't be made when the phone has line 2 selected. Hold down
the # key for 5 seconds to rectify. If you still can't make any calls then contact your service provider. If they can't fix the
problem, go to a professional mobile repairer like us.
My phone can't send messages.
Check the SMS message centre number. Go to menu, messages, message settings, profile 1 then message setting number and ensure
that the number is as listed for your carrier.

My phone menu freezes.
The phone may be having software issues, so the first thing to try is remove the battery and refit. This resets the phone and
sorts out any small glitches. If the fault continues the phone may be damaged or corrupted. If the particular phone is a camera
phone, it may be a phone memory issue. If the memory of the phone is full, it may affect the function of the phone. If your
fault still happens after freeing up memory, contact us.
My phone doesn't accept a different sim card.
The phone may be network locked. If you want your handset unlocked so as to enable different network cards, contact us or call in
for instant unlocking. We unlock Nokia, Ericsson, Motorola, Samsung and LG.
I want to download the photos in my phone.
